I can not thank you enough for the event that you catered for all 150 of us at
Northcentral University over the past two days. I have received glowing comments
from even the most discerning staff members. Both staff and guests alike have
raved about the high quality of food and friendly, professional, sophisticated
service that you and your staff provided. The personal touches that you provided
are not often seen in the service industry, but always appreciated. I even had
one staff member relate to me that she was lactose intolerant and when you discovered
her special dietary need, you offered to "whip up something special" for her on the
spot! To make matters even more impressive, you remembered who she was and asked her
if she would like a special meal the next day at breakfast. Needless to say, she was
both pleasantly surprised and impressed not only that you offered the additional
service, but that you remembered who she was. I will be "spreading the word" to
everyone in the Tri-City area about the high quality of food and service that
customers of Perfect Events Catering receive as will all of my fellow staff and
guests. Finally, my Chief Operating Officer was impressed with the level of service
we received at a very reasonable price!
